We're not all that intense; cold plunges everyday, throwing spears and screaming out our demons (although that may happen from time to time, and can be quite cathartic), but we do always get real and share what's going on in our lives. We draw on our ever-evolving, collective wisdom (with a strong influence of Trev's 20+ years of coaching experience) to uncover aspects of yourself that are causing harm, and how you can turn those around.
